Applications will be available in February 2010 at the Thrift Shop, Airman & Family Readiness Center,  Base Library, Youth Center, Base Education Office, BX & Commissary.  Military family members and those of civilian DOD employees assigned at Andrews are eligible for awards in the following categories:

1. High School seniors who will attend a 2 or 4 year accredited college or university or trade or vocational school in the fall.

2. Spouses who are attending a 2 or 4 year accredited college or university, or trade or vocational school in the fall.

3. Current college students who will be in their sophomore,

    junior or senior year in the fall.

Applications and all attachments are due no later than  April 9, 2010.
